That volume was a pioneering work in the annals of religious literature. Anotace:Alois Musil (1868–1944) byl jedním z nejvýznamnějších českých orientalistů, který právem získal světový ohlas. Jako katolický kněz a „exponent rakousko–uherského dvora i buržoazního Československa“ byl komunistickým režimem systematicky vytěsňován z čítanek i z paměti národa.
